COMPANY FORMATION
To form a new company or to administer existing companies please click on the FIRST ORDER banner below. Our First Order system allows you to :-
- Log in to your own personal formation and secretarial portal with your own e-mail and password
- Form any type of company with your clients own details or use our own nominees. The system also allows for any special share structure if required
- Choose a package to suit your needs- number of copy articles, choice of register with a full completion service available
- monitor the progress of your formation
- once the company has been incorporated you can download the certificate and articles with the hard copies and any additional items being sent by parcel force next day service
- All data entered automatically updates a register page for printing
- All historical data is kept so you can always access the system for information, copies of the articles and past formations and personnel.
- For an additional annual maintenance fee per company you can use the First Order system to maintain your company registers and for printing forms, transfer forms, share certificates and minutes along with the ability to electronically file forms and the annual return.
