- Full transfer documentation.
- First Board Minutes for completion.
- A starter pack of forms.
- If required a quality boxed A4 loose leaf register or computerised company register (see SOLO) and/or plier seal.
- Five bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Choosing an Option Route means you don't receive what you'll never use. If clients wish, they can dictate an option of their own. We are happy to tailor one to suit
